Job description
The position is within a research group developing novel biomaterials and methods for cell culture and tissue engineering. The successful candidate will work with development of novel systems for advanced 3D culture of primary human cells into tissue models. The tasks will include culture of primary human cells, immunohistochemistry and transcriptomics.
Qualifications
A suitable background is a PhD in cell biology or molecular biology.
Applicants should have extensive experience of culture of human primary cells, immunohistochemistry and transcriptomics. Applicants should also have worked with stem cells and tumor cells.
Meritorious
Post doc experience in advanced cell culture.
Experience of silk.
Personal qualifications
Great emphasis will be placed on personal competence and suitability
