Researcher in cellular biophysics - Hiring in process/Finished, not possible to apply

Job description

The position involves running research projects that combines microscopy and tumor immunology with special emphasis on solid tumors. The successful applicant will design and conduct experiments where the interaction between tumor spheroids and immune cells are being studied in vitro using a microchip platform developed in the group. The candidate will be responsible for contacts with the clinical collaborators and handling of clinical material, and also participate in writing grants and supervision of undergraduate and graduate students. 

Qualifications

The applicant should have an undergraduate and graduate education within immunology, cell biology, biotechnology or similar and relevant postdoc experience. The applicant should have practical experience from cell and tissue culture, isolation of primary cells from blood or tissue, flowcytometry, molecular biology, biochemical methods and microscopy. Experience of application writing and supervision are desired.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal competence and suitability.
