Job description

The objective of the postdoctoral position is to strength the development of new type of chemical sensors by using bottom-up molecular approaches. The employment also consists of characterising the SAMs by XPS, electrochemistry among other analytical surfaces techniques.

Qualifications

Requirements

• A doctoral degree or an equivalent foreign degree in Supramolecular Chemistry or Organic Chemistry, obtained within the last three years prior to the application deadline.
• The applicant should also have enough experience for independent project work.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal competence and suitability.

Preferred qualifications

Demonstrated experience in making self-assemble monolayers on conducting and semiconducting materials. Following skills are also preferred qualifications:

• indepencence
• experience of laboratory work
• very good knowledge in English both spoken and written
• cooperative skills.

About the employment

The position is a one year employment position with a possibility of one additional year.
