Job description

The work concers research on the structure and interaction of proteins. The goal of the position is to contribute with practical and theoretical expertise in biomolecular NMR to carry out the planned studies.

Tasks in research include participation in research work, building up of research networks, further development of their own scientific skills and independence.

Independent research work. Experimental research focused on biomolecular NMR. Collaboration with and some supervision of doctoral students. In addition, you are expected to participate in the maintenance of NMR infrastructure in the department.

Tasks in education can include active participation in education at all levels. Assistant supervision of doctoral students may be included. Tasks in education should not include more than 20% of the employment.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • A doctoral degree or an equivalent foreign degree in a relevant area, obtained within the last three years prior to the application deadline.
  • Extensive experimental experience of NMR in solution and solid phase.
  • Experience of NMR-studies of proteins and/or peptides.
  • Knowledge of NMR theory.

About the employment
