Job description

Integrated Transport Research Lab (ITRL) is a research center aimed at researching and demonstrating transport concepts that can significantly reduce CO2-emissions while being economically and socially sustainable. ITRL develops and heads research projects involving researchers from all schools of KTH, as well as contributes to research within the system perspective in the research projects.

As a research engineer/project coordinator at ITRL, you will mainly:

  • Both internally and between the project partners provide support to ITRL's project manager with coordination of meetings, information and activities,
  • carry out activities within the projects within connected and automated vehicles

Examples of projects that you will be working on are "control tower of self-driving vehicles (AVTCT)," Test Site Stockholm "and" self-driving buses in Barkarby (MMiB) ". Furthermore, you will work with data collection, analysis of data, compile information and write reports.

Your workplace will be at Campus KTH, T-bana Tekniska Högskolan.

Qualifications

To qualify for the position, you have a M.Sc. degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering, engineering physics or equivalent.

Desired qualifications

Furthermore, it is considered meritorious if you have:

  • Education within project management,
  • experience of programming, VR, AR or similar,
  • experience of project coordination / project management with several parties involved,
  • participated in research project,
  • written academic publications and reports.

In addition, knowledge in Swedish is meritorious.

We will place great emphasis on your personal suitability. You are communicative both orally and written, initiative and analytical. Furthermore, you have good ability to cooperate.
