Job description

Optical experiments in nonlinear photonic crystals, to be carried out in the framework of a WACQT (Wallenberg Centre för Quantum Technology) research project concerning photon entanglement engineering with purely nonlinear photonic crystals. Performing optical measurement and data analysis and collaboration with team members in the Nonlinear and Quantum Photonics lab at AlbaNova – Applied Physics.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Interest in the research subject and in experimental work
  • Good marks and strong interest in science and technology
  • Proficiency in oral and written English

Previous experience of experimental work in the research topic and problem-solving skills are highly desirable.
