Industrial economics and management with a specialization in corporate finance.
The subject field includes studies of methods and models in corporate finance and asset valuation, financial control and the effects of financial management and financing issues on corporations and technology-based businesses.
The successful candidate is expected to contribute to teaching in undergraduate and graduate courses and supervision of master’s and doctoral students. In terms of research, the successful candidate is expected to be active in the subject research field (demonstrated through a track record of publications in highly ranked journals and active participation in internationally-renowned conferences). The successful candidate is also expected to actively apply for external research grants. It is important that the successful candidate participates in multidisciplinary research and educational activities within the field of industrial economics and management. Furthermore, the successful candidate is expected to participate in departmental and university related development. The successful candidate is also expected to contribute to KTH’s goals for sustainability, gender equality, diversity and equal treatment. The successful candidate is expected to be able to teach in Swedish within three years. KTH offers support in learning Swedish as part of the employment.
