Job description

We are looking for a research engineer for a project named "CIIR - Tumor-immune interactions and clinical applications", funded by the Swedish Research Council. The project is a collaboration between the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and Karolinska Institutet (KI). The tasks include analysis of data, designing algorithms and implementing algorithms.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • MSc in Electrical Engineering and P.hD degree in Bioinformatics. 
  • Previous work experience and knowledge in bioinformatics and computational biology.The ideal candidate must have worked as a research engineer with similar tasks within computational biology.
  • Knowledge in:

    1. Single-cell Data, Cancer
    2. Tumor Heterogenitet
    3. Machine Learning
    4. Practical Bioinformatics
    5. Managing Clusters,
    6. Immunological data
    7. Expression Data
    8. Genomics Data

About the employment
