School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at KTH

Job description

We are looking for a person who wants to improve the world from a scientific basis. Together with the Swedish Public Employment Agency, the research group for Technology-enhanced learning offers a position as a post-doc for 1 + 1 years. The project will develop and evaluate online modules to increase the digital competence of the Employment Agency’s clients so that they become more independent in today's IT society. The modules will be developed and evaluated together with the clients. Some teaching, max 20%, is included in the employment. A research challenge lies in determining where the line goes to digitally teach people to learn digitally and what must be learned in other ways.

The project is funded by the Swedish Public Employment Service and is a broad collaborative project with several public actors intended to increase both digital competence and digital trust and contribute to improving current and future e-services among the participating actors. If we succeed with this project, we will improve the quality of life for hundreds of thousands of people every year!
