Job description

Sample preparation and microscopy. Preparation of kidney tissues och bloodvessels from biobank material, use of protocols for optical clearing and expansionmicroscopy. Labeling with antibodies. Development of methods for automatic image analysis to extract morphology and topology correlated to normal and pathological samples.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • A doctoral degree or an equivalent foreign degree, This eligibility requirement must be met no later than the time the employment decision is made.
  • Documented experience from research and development in immunohistochemistry, microscopy and image analysis.

Preferred qualifications

  • A doctoral degree or an equivalent foreign degree, obtained within the last three years prior to the application deadline

About the employment
