Job description

Responsible for laboratory tests in tribometers such as pin on disc machine, studded tire pendulum and FZG rig. Participate in field trials where air quality is measured in road tunnels, train tunnels, and urban background levels. Participate in static analyzes of measurement data. Participate in report writing and dissemination of results. Participate in uploading measurement data to project-wide databases.

The subject of the employment: Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • A graduate degree or an advanced level (higher education) in the subject of employment or equivalent competence.
  • Have the ability to work both independently and in groups.
  • Good ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing, as required in daily work.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience and interest in experimental experiments in laboratory and field experiments.
  • Experience from international collaborative projects, experience from experimental studies of emissions from abrasion
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboratives
  • Awareness of diversity and equal opportunity issues, with a specific focus on gender equality
