The task of Support services is to support the university's education and research. KTH's Support services are currently in an exciting phase where we are developing our working methods together. Job description

Are you a curious and approachable person with an interest in innovation and entrepreneurship? Do you value inclusion and diversity? Perfect! We are looking for two KTH students to help us on-site at Teknikringen 1, the new center for innovation and entrepreneurship at KTH and home to KTH Innovation.

The part-time student position will include day-to-day operation of Teknikringen 1, competence for arranging and managing physical events  and other meetups at the venue as well as on all of KTH Campuses. Working hours will be irregular and evening events that requires your participation are not unusual.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • You should be admitted to first or second-level cycle education.
  • High professional proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken, as this will be required in day-to-day work
  • Attentive and comfortable in meeting and helping new people
  • Open minded with a creative and problem solver mindset

Preferred qualifications

  • Student at KTH
  • Competence for physical events and network activities
  • Competence for digital events and some knowledge of studio equipment, or curious to learn about such technology.
  • Experience in marketing and/or communications

Great emphasis will be placed on personal competency
