Job description

The candidate will work with numerical data of the turbulent flow in urban environments, with the aims of 1) understanding some of the most relevant physical mechanisms; and 2) developing machine-learning methods for prediction of flow, pollutant-concentration and temperature based on sparse measurements. The candidate will work with a multi-disciplinary team involving experts in fluid mechanics, numerical simulation and machine learning.

Requirements

  • A graduate degree or an advanced level (higher education) in the research subject or equivalent competence.
