Job description

The two positions concern work within projects with a focus on the subject area land development linked to the current situation in Ukraine. The subject is focused on theories and methods for property development in the light of technical, legal, economic and market conditions. The work in the projects takes place at two of the department's divisions and is coordinated by the Head of Department.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • A graduate degree or an advanced level (higher education) in the research subject or equivalent competence.
  • Subject-related skills in the area of property development
  • As a person, you have collaborative abilities but also a high degree of independence in your work tasks
  • To be able to have contact with students and colleagues good knowledge in English in both writing and oral is a requirement

Preferred qualifications

  • It is commendable if you have language skills in Ukrainian since the work may involve student contact with Ukrainian students
  • It is commendable if you have knowledge on development of the built environment in Ukraine.
  • It is a merit with an awareness of diversity and equal treatment issues with a special focus on gender equality.
  • We prefer that you have professional skills in the area of property development

Great emphasis will be placed on personal competency.
