The task of Support services is to support the university's education and research. KTH's Support services are currently in an exciting phase where we are developing our working methods together. KTH has a long-standing commitment to collaborations within the EIT (European Institute of Innovation & Technology) framework. The EIT is an independent body of the EU, aiming to drive sustainable European competitiveness through innovation in research and education. To carry out this mission, so-called KICs (Knowledge and Innovation Communities) have been formed in prioritized areas such as information and communication technology, urban mobility, and sustainable energy technology. KTH is a partner in three KICs, EIT Urban Mobility, EIT Digital, and EIT InnoEnergy, which have established Master Schools offering joint programs with mandatory geographical and organizational mobility. The position is placed with the EIT group at the International Relations Office of KTH, responsible for the EIT Urban Mobility Master School Office.
We are looking for someone who wants to be the driving force in developing the Master's Schools communication with current and prospective students. The main focus of the position is to:
Plan, implement, and evaluate digital events, webinars, and other digital communication.
The tasks include developing, processing, and adapting text, images, and videos for the intended target group. You will be responsible for a part of the master school's website, producing web news and content for social media and intranets. You will also be involved in developing a communication and recruitment strategy for the Master's School. Furthermore, the position includes project management and coordination of communication efforts for the consortium and participating in and developing the tasks and responsibilities of the unit. These activities mainly include student administration and student support regarding everything from admission to graduation.
In the Urban Mobility Master School Office, you will be a part of a small team with overlapping responsibilities. This is why a suitable candidate is flexible, unassuming, and appreciates close collaboration.

Requirements
The work requires that you are flexible, structured, and resilient. You enjoy contact with students and have experience working with service. Your work also involves ongoing communication with the universities participating in the master's school and the KIC's management.
