The task of Support services is to support the university's education and research. KTH's Support services are currently in an exciting phase where we are developing our working methods together. Are you a KTH student interested in innovation, entrepreneurship and communication? Do you value inclusion and diversity? Perfect! We are looking for someone who wants to help out with KTH Innovation’s communication.
You will work closely together with KTH Innovation’s Marketing & communications manager. Your main focus will be creating content for KTH Innovation’s Instagram channel @kthinnovation, but the role will also include support in other communications efforts, like distributing material, helping out at events, and presenting KTH Innovation to different audiences.
On Instagram, you will develop a marketing plan together with KTH Innovation’s Marketing & communications manager, create and post content. In addition to your own ideas, you will be asked to post about different topics, like interviewing a KTH student, researcher or employee who is or have been developing their idea with support from KTH Innovation (KTH Innovation will provide the contacts), or cover an event.
KTH Innovation’s Instagram channel aims to give an insight into which support KTH Innovation can offer, and inspire more people at KTH to develop their ideas.
The role includes production and publication of 2-3 posts per week in English, plus being active in stories 2-3 times per week.
Working hours will be irregular and evening events that requires your participation are not unusual.
To succeed in this role, you need to enjoy inspiring others, have the ability to express yourself in an inclusive and creative way, and adapt your content to your target group. As a person, you need to be able to take responsibility for your tasks and be able to cooperate with many different people. We experience of working with social media is meritorious.
