Cybercampus Sweden is a national initiative proposed by KTH Royal Institute of Technology, RISE, the Swedish Armed Forces, The Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB), Karlstad University, Ericsson, and Saab. The mission of Cybercampus Sweden is to carry out agile and cutting-edge cybersecurity research, education and innovation vital for a resilient Sweden that go beyond what is possible for an individual university, institute, agency, or company. Cybercampus Sweden is now in the establishment phase and in need of a project manager. The project manager will lead the establishment activity, which includes organization building, recruitment, planning of research, education and innovation activities, infrastructure procurement, partnership management, funding acquisition, location scouting, external communication, and more.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Experience of project management
  • Experience of research, education and/or innovation management
  • Expertise in cyber security as well as cyber defence
  • Strong reputation within the Swedish cybersecurity ecosystem
  • Strong reputation within the Swedish national security ecosystem
  • Fluency in Swedish’s well as English as required for daily work

Personal skills        

  • We see that you are a person that likes to collaborating with others 
  • You have no problem working independently and takes great responsibility for your tasks

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience of public administration
  • Experience from the private sector 
  • Experience of inter-organisational collaboration within Sweden
  • Experience of international collaboration
  • Experience of representing the organization nationally and internationally

Great emphasis will be placed on personal skills.
