The task of Support services is to support the university's education and research. KTH's Support services are currently in an exciting phase where we are developing our working methods together. Job description

Are you a curious and approachable person with an interest in innovation and entrepreneurship? Do you value inclusion and diversity? Perfect! KTH Innovation is looking for a student employee that can help us on-site at Teknikringen 1, the center for innovation and entrepreneurship at KTH and home to KTH Innovation, and with social media.

The part-time student position will include day-to-day operation of Teknikringen 1, helping out in arranging and managing events, and contributing in other ways where your qualities will come best in use. On occasion you will help out in our recording studio with video- and sound productions. You will also, in close collaboration with KTH Innovation’s Marketing & communications manager, create content for KTH Innovation’s Instagram channel @kthinnovation, and support other communications efforts, like distributing material. Working hours will be irregular and evening events that requires your participation are not unusual.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • You should be admitted to first or second-level cycle education.
  • High professional proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken
  • Attentive and comfortable in meeting and helping new people
  • Open minded with a creative and problem solver mindset

Preferred qualifications

  • Student at KTH is highly preferred
  • Experience of working with social media
  • Some knowledge of studio equipment, or a curiosity to learn about such technology
  • Great emphasis will be placed on personal competency
