This role works with Ergonomics Division faculty to manage the division's inventory of instruments, tools and equipment, as well as the Department's film studio. The purpose is to provide equipment inventory management through maintenance, documentation and training of others in safe and professional use, as well as to facilitate educational recordings of lectures, demonstrations and other teaching. The successful candidate will manage the equipment loan schedule, track loans and prepare equipment for labs, student projects and research work. They will also manage the studio filming schedule, work with faculty to produce high-quality educational videos, and train others in the effective use of the film studio. This role is highly independent and requires initiative and motivation, as well as the judgment to raise issues and challenges for discussion with supervising faculty.

Requirements
You should be admitted to first or second-level cycle education at a Swedish university
Good English writing skills as this will be required in day-to-day work
Very strong documentation skills and demonstrated attention to detail
Demonstrated professional communication via email, sms, and phone
Experience with filming and editing video
Strong technical aptitude, including basic troubleshooting of electronic devices
Demonstrated ability to learn new protocols and methods through self-directed study of manuals, web resources, and software help menus
Masters Student in the Technology, Work, and Health Program
Highly motivated with demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently
Preferred qualifications
