Job description

This is a postdoctoral position for a maximum of 2 years, focusing on research, with no teaching assignment associated to the position. Upon request, it is possible to arrange to take part in teaching a PhD level course. The position is financed by the Wallenberg foundation.   

The position is associated to a project of Danijela Damjanovic. The project has several directions which revolve around exploration of diverse rigidity phenomena for smooth dynamical  systems with many symmetries. The successful applicant should have strong background in Dynamical systems and Ergodic theory.

  • A doctoral degree or an equivalent foreign degree. This eligibility requirement must be met no later than the time the employment decision is made.
