We are currently looking for postdocs with great interest in networked control systems and a strong background in applied mathematics, control theory, machine learning, and related areas. The successful candidates will join a project on developing novel mathematical and computational tools for the fundamental understanding and engineering design of emerging networked control systems, with a particular focus on learning, understanding complex decision-making dynamics from big data, and optimization of networked cyber-physical human systems.
The workplace
The Division of Decision and Control Systems conducts fundamental research in networked control systems, control, machine learning, system identification, and learning and optimization of cyber-physical-human systems. Industrial projects involve partners such as ABB, Ericsson, and Scania. A major part of the research is conducted in EU projects in collaboration with European industry and universities.
