Job description

In the Department of Robotics, Perception and Learning (RPL), research is carried out in computer vision, robotics and machine learning. We are now looking for two postdocs in robotics and machine learning and computer vision. The successful candidates is expected to conduct research at the highest international level and supervise doctoral and master's students.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • A doctoral degree or an equivalent foreign degree. This eligibility requirement must be met no later than the time the employment decision is made.
  • Research expertise in machine learning/robotics.
  • Documented strong programming skills.
  • We see that you have a outstanding research and publication list.
  • You have well developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Wee see that you have very good knowledge of the English language, such as written and oral skills since communication is essential of this role.

Preferred qualifications

  • A doctoral degree or an equivalent foreign degree, obtained within the last three years prior to the application deadline
  • You have a good pedagogical ability.
  • Awareness of diversity and equal treatment issues with a particular focus on gender equality.
  • You are independent in your work and have no problem collaborating with others. 

Great emphasis will be placed on personal skills.

About the employment
