Are you the one who gets things done?
Join KTH Innovation – one of Europe’s top startup hubs!

Do you want to create activities that help people grow, build networks, and turn ideas into real-world impact? Are you good at spotting what’s needed – and bold enough to try your own ideas? Then we’d love to work with you.

What is KTH Innovation?

We’re one of Europe’s leading startup hubs, based at KTH. Since 2007, we’ve helped thousands of students, researchers, and employees turn groundbreaking ideas into successful startups.

Every year, over 400 new teams enter our process. We support them with everything they need to go from idea to innovation – coaching, funding, legal advice, and global networks. Many focus on deeptech, AI, and sustainability.

Our building at Teknikringen 1 is the heart of our creative, ambitious community. You’ll be a visible and active part of that environment.

Your role

You’ll be a key link between KTH Innovation and the participants in our programs. Your job is to create activities that are:

  • Relevant – content that helps our teams grow

  • Engaging – something people want to be part of

  • Doable – from idea to reality, with you making it happen

It might be a guest speaker, a demo night, a peer-to-peer session – or something totally new. You’ll work closely with our program managers, but you’ll coordinate the activities yourself. You will also help out with other events, activities and other practical things.

We’re looking for someone who shares our values of inclusion, openness, and diversity – and wants to create experiences where everyone feels welcome.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, often in the evenings. You’ll be based at Teknikringen 1.

  • Supportive, ambitious colleagues who welcome new ideas

  • Familiar with student life at KTH, preferably from engagement in students associations, chapters or similar
