KTH Royal Institute of Technology, School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science

Job description

For the Digital Futures Seed Project ”Challenges and Opportunities in Wireless Location Privacy” we are looking for four highly motivated students for our amanuensis program. The idea of the seed project is to establish cooperation between researchers from Digital Futures and Ericsson on topics that are of joint interest. The amanuensis should do initial studies, exploring the state-of-the-art, identifying challenges and promising approaches. The results of this pre-study should be later communicated and discussed and will serve as the foundation for possible follow-up master thesis projects. Each amanuensis project (A1-A4) will be hosted and supervised by one seed project PI. Within wireless location privacy, each project has its own focus: A1 - On time-series privacy measures (Tobias Oechtering); A2 - On privacy-preserving angle-of-arrival estimation (Mat[MB1] s Bengtsson); A3 – On robust end-to-end ISAC (György Dán); A4 – On physical layer fingerprinting (Hongyu Jin).

In your application, please indicate clearly which project you are interested (provide ranking if you are interested in more than one) and what project relevant background (e.g. courses) you have.
