Job description

We are looking for a Postdoctoral fellow with the task of validating and developing a new system for bioelectronics. The postdoctoral fellow will also work with Organ-on-Chip in collaboration with the company Cellboxlabs. The work includes developing bioelectronics in Organ on Chip as well as publishing results in the development of in vitro models Organ-on-Chip as well as developing projects within the same subject.

Your specific duties will include:

  • Development of Methods and Protocols for a new registration and stimulation system in Bioelectronics
  • Development of bioelectronics
  • Coordination of activities between project partners within Eurostars projects. Writing reports in Eurostars projects
  • Supervision of research engineer/master's student in the projects

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Completed doctoral degree or foreign degree deemed equivalent to a doctoral degree in bioengineering, biotechnology, materials science or other relevant fields within biomedical science. This eligibility requirement must be met at the latest at the time the employment decision is made.
  • Research expertise with at least 5 peer-review articles
  • Teaching abilities
  • Awareness of diversity and equal opportunity issues, with specific focus on gender equality
  • Collaborative abilities
  • Independence

Preferred qualifications

  • A doctoral degree or an equivalent foreign degree, obtained within the last three years prior to the application deadline

Great emphasis will be placed on personal skills.
