Job description

The work focuses on research in how organizations focus on sustainability and which management and control mechanisms can be used for industrial transformation. The work includes both qualitative and quantitative methods and methods for several different levels, such as individual, organization and industry. The focus is on both established organizations and new start-ups.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • A graduate degree or an advanced level (higher education) in the research subject or equivalent competence
  • Methods: Proven knowledge in qualitative methods such as case studies as well as knowledge in quantitative methods including cluster analyzes and longitudinal studies
  • Very good ability in the English language, as this will be required in day-to-day work

Preferred qualifications

  • Performed research that relates to the job description
  • Specific knowledge of management and control of organizations with respect to incentives and supporting structures, both at individual and team level
  • Awareness of diversity and equal opportunity issues, with a specific focus on gender equality
  • Collaborative abilities
  • Independence
  • Ability to take own initiatives

Great emphasis will be placed on personal competency.
